The spark that started it all…
The Posing Boutique was born out of a vision: to create more than just a posing school. To create a space where competitors feel seen, empowered, and coached with true authenticity. After years of competing and perfecting her own craft, Miss Kristina saw a gap in the industry — athletes needed more than just technical posing lessons; they needed a place to grow in confidence, polish their presentation, refine their presence, and feel truly supported.
What began as Kristina’s personal mission has grown into a boutique coaching collective, blending technical expertise with a nurturing, collaborative approach. Every client who steps into The Posing Boutique is treated as an individual, with a couture approach that’s never one-size-fits-all. Each experience is tailored to bring out your unique strengths, helping you feel polished, prepared, and truly at home under the stage lights.

Our collective journey
Between us, the collective of coaches from The Posing Boutique have stood on stages across the globe, from ICN, IFBB, FMG and more. We’ve posed in every division, from bikini, wellness, fitness, and figure, to men’s fitness.
Our journeys couldn’t be more diverse: one turned a pole-dancing spark into Pro titles across continents, another found power and purpose in prep while navigating life’s toughest seasons, some have been athletes since day one; others discovered bodybuilding through other outlets. Together, our stories include world championships, Pro qualifications, international titles, and the resilience that comes from setbacks, comebacks, and balancing the stage with everyday life.
What unites us isn’t just the trophies, it’s the lessons. We’ve learned that the true accomplishment isn’t only in the placing, but in the growth, grit, and confidence built along the way. And now, we bring those lived experiences to our athletes, so that no matter where you’re starting, you have a coach who’s been there, walked the stage, and knows what it takes to own your moment.
