Booking, Payment and Cancellation Terms
The Posing Boutique Pty Ltd (ABN 96 699 203 122, ACN 699 203 122) trading as The Posing Boutique® booking, payment and cancellation terms are as follows:
1. Deposits
Clients who are not enrolled in an active posing package must pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 10% of the appointment fee to secure their booking. Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied toward the total appointment fee, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the appointment.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, missed, or unattended within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, including no-show appointments, will be charged in full. Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees may be charged to the payment method held on file. Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty where sufficient notice is provided and are subject to coach availability. Cancellation fees may be waived at the sole discretion of The Posing Boutique® in cases of genuine extenuating circumstances. If The Posing Boutique® or the assigned coach needs to reschedule an appointment, an alternative appointment will be offered at no additional cost.
3.Participation and Liability
By booking with or purchasing services from The Posing Boutique®, you acknowledge that participation in posing coaching, workshops, classes, rehearsals, events, and related services is voluntary. You confirm that you are medically and physically fit to participate and accept responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during participation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Posing Boutique®, its directors, employees, contractors, coaches, affiliates, representatives, and venues are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, expense, or harm arising from or connected with participation in its services. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation. All services are provided for instructional, recreational, and educational purposes only and do not constitute medical, health, nutritional, physiotherapy, or other professional advice.
These terms apply to all in-person and online services delivered worldwide. By completing a booking or purchase, clients agree to these terms regardless of their location.
