Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Terms
**Deposits**
Clients who are not enrolled in an active posing package must pay a 10% deposit to secure an appointment. Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit is received. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of the appointment.
**Cancellations and Rescheduling**
A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or missed within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, including no show appointments, will be charged in full. Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty where sufficient notice is provided and are subject to coach availability. Cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of The Posing Boutique™ or the assigned coach in cases of genuine extenuating circumstances. If The Posing Boutique™ or the assigned coach needs to reschedule an appointment, an alternative session will be provided at no additional cost.
**Participation and Liability**
By booking with or purchasing from The Posing Boutique™, Miss Kristina, Kristina Angeli, or their coaches and affiliates, you acknowledge participation is voluntary and confirm you are medically and physically fit to participate. You agree that The Posing Boutique™, its coaches, affiliates, venues, and representatives are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or harm arising from participation, except where liability cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable local laws. All services are provided for instructional, recreational, and educational purposes only.
These terms apply to all in person and online services delivered worldwide. By completing a booking or purchase, clients agree to these terms regardless of location.
